As Assistant Manager, you'll work in partnership with the Store Manager to drive store performance, build a high-performing team and ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance to achieve and exceed targets
- Leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver results
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty
- Supporting stock management, loss prevention and day-to-day operations
- Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Creating a positive, energetic environment where the team can thrive
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people and retail.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Keyholder within retail
- A track record of driving sales and delivering against KPIs
- The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- The ambition to develop and progress within retail management
