Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a long-term role where you'll be properly supported with funded training and clear progression into senior commercial positions?

On offer is a great opportunity to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering social housing projects, where you will build strong commercial foundations and develop your career within a small, close-knit team.

This company has a long track record of success and is continuing to grow, with plans to diversify its portfolio to build on their continued growth. Due to continued demand, they are now looking to add to their commercial function.

In this role you will support the commercial delivery of projects across the Central Belt, producing valuations, remeasuring works, raising invoices, working with BOQs and pricing, and supporting payment processes with occasional site visits as required.

This role would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with construction experience looking for funded development, long-term progression, and the chance to play a key part in a growing business.

The Role:

• Assistant Quantity Surveyor role supporting social housing projects
• Remeasuring works, producing valuations and raising invoices
• Working with BOQs and pricing
• Chasing late payments and supporting commercial processes

The Person:

• Experience in an estimating / quantity surveying role
• Experience with BOQs and pricing
• Construction / building background
