Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Leeds based, Sales & Marketing, US Water Infrastructure team and contribute to our success by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.

What you'll do and develop:
As an Associate Consultant at Henderson Scott, you will:

• Engage wholeheartedly with our award-winning training and development program; a combination of "classroom" style, on-line learning and on the job mentoring and coaching.
• Work up to managing the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to negotiating offers and on-boarding candidates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a trusted partner in recruitment.

Market that you will cover:

• Our team focus on hiring sales professionals from mid-senior to board level across North America.
• We work with SME's and global organisations in the Water & Wastewater market.
• Our clients range from manufacturers of Water Infrastructure products or the global companies across Chemicals, Filtration Equipment, Coolers and Chillers, Pumps & Valves and Full Treatment solutions.
• These companies sell into a range of F&B, Data Centres, Municipal, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing markets
• Your responsibility will be to grow and develop the market; benefiting from our on-going success.

What we're looking for:

• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding
• A high level of aptitude for strategic thinking, problem solving and general commercial
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for

• £26,500 - £28,000 starting basic salary
• Up to 40% commission (uncapped earning potential paid monthly, quarterly and annual top ups to a guaranteed level)
