Baker - Bath
Location: Bath (BA1)
Hours: 45 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Shift: 5:00pm - 2:00am
Pay: £14 20 - £15.70 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
andmiddot;Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of artisan breads and bakery products.
andmiddot;Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
andmiddot;Monitor dough development and baking processes.
andmiddot;Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
andmiddot;Work efficiently to meet production targets.
andmiddot;Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day bakery operations.
andmiddot;Help maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.
