Salary: OTE £90,000 (Basic Salary £65,000 DOE)

THE ROLE
As Bodyshop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the repair centre, ensuring productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and repair quality remain at the highest level.

Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Managing the daily operations of a busy bodyshop, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
andmiddot;Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians, estimators, painters, and support staff.
andmiddot;Monitoring workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability while achieving key performance targets.
andmiddot;Maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey.
andmiddot;Managing workflow, scheduling, and resource planning to maximise output.
andmiddot;Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and manufacturer standards.
andmiddot;Working closely with insurers, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
andmiddot;Driving continuous improvement across quality, performance, and team engagement.

ABOUT YOU
This role would suit an experienced Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager / Bodyshop General Manager / Repair Centre Manager with a proven track record of leading successful Bodyshop operations.

You'll ideally have:
andmiddot;Previous experience managing a busy bodyshop or accident repair centre.
andmiddot;Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver profitability and operational performance.
andmiddot;Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
andmiddot;A thorough understanding of modern accident repair processes and bodyshop operations.
andmiddot;The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
andmiddot;Strong organisational and communication skills.
andmiddot;A full UK driving licence.
