Commercial Parts Advisor
Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE up to £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Location: Bicester

We are currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join a busy and growing commercial vehicle operation. You will play a key role in supporting a knowledgeable team of Technicians, ensuring they have the correct parts and sundries required to complete repairs efficiently and minimise vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Supporting Workshop Technicians with the timely supply of parts and sundries
andmiddot;Ordering parts and monitoring outstanding orders
andmiddot;Providing updates to customers and Technicians
andmiddot;Assisting retail and trade customers face-to-face and over the telephone
andmiddot;Identifying and supplying the correct parts for vehicle repairs
andmiddot;Maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and customers
andmiddot;Ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service at all times

The Successful Candidate:
andmiddot;Previous Parts Advisor experience, ideally within HGV, LCV or commercial vehicles
andmiddot;Strong communication and customer service skills
andmiddot;Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
andmiddot;A proactive and problem-solving approach
andmiddot;Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
andmiddot;Genuine interest in commercial vehicles
andmiddot;Relevant technical experience or industry knowledge
