We are currently recruiting a Commercial Plumber to join one of our prestigious client in Cambridge:
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An established building services and maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join its growing team, covering sites across East Anglia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber with experience working on commercial plumbing and mechanical services to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, varied work, and career progression.

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, installations, fault-finding, and reactive repairs on a wide range of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems across commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
andmiddot;Service, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
andmiddot;Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
andmiddot;Diagnose and repair faults on domestic and commercial water services
andmiddot;Install and replace sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing equipment
andmiddot;Carry out repairs to hot and cold water systems, boosted water services, and drainage systems
andmiddot;Install and maintain plant room pipework and associated mechanical equipment
andmiddot;Complete job reports and maintenance records using a tablet-based system
andmiddot;Participate in the on-call rota as required

Requirements
andmiddot;Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
andmiddot;NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
andmiddot;Experience working on commercial building services and mechanical systems
andmiddot;Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence
andmiddot;Excellent communication and customer service skills
andmiddot;Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Due to the nature of some contracts, applicants must be eligible to undergo security screening and pass relevant background checks.

andmiddot;£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary depending on experience and hours worked
