TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.

Responsibilities

andmiddot; Manage 2-4 multi million-pound drylining projects at a time

andmiddot; Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish

andmiddot; Write and manage site programmes

andmiddot; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality

andmiddot; Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors

andmiddot; Ensure H&S compliance across all sites

andmiddot; Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control

andmiddot; Project values circa £1-5 million

andmiddot; Report directly to the Regional Director

andmiddot; Work includes healthcare, education and MOD work

andmiddot; Renowned name in the industry

andmiddot; Work for Tier 1 main contractors

Requirements

andmiddot; Strong technical knowledge of internal trades

andmiddot; SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified

andmiddot; Minimum 5 years' management experience

andmiddot; Good IT and reporting skills

andmiddot; Full UK driving licence
