Customer Service Advisor

MMP is currently looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our clients busy team in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous planning or scheduling experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Kingston (Office Based)
-19 per hour
Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls from residents
• Logging repairs and maintenance requests accurately
• Scheduling and coordinating works with operatives
• Managing appointments and updating internal systems
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous planning/scheduling experience is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Experience within repairs, maintenance, housing, or property services would be advantageous
