Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer - Tenants & Landlord - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £46,000 - No Callout

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston-has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based tenants side for a high-profile client. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance.-

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Package

• Up to £46,000
• Further training
• Company pension
• No Callout

Requirements

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
