Are you an experienced, proactive and agile Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment?


We are looking for a highly capable EA to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to members of the Executive Leadership Team.


In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted gatekeeper, coordinator, and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the Bradford HQ with occasional travel each month to Peterborough. Salary £39,360


What you'll be doing:

  • Executive Support & Diary Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, scheduling, and forward-planning to optimise executive time and productivity.
  • Inbox & Communications: Monitor, triage, and action incoming communications and requests, drafting correspondence on behalf of leadership where appropriate.
  • Governance & Board Support: Coordinate executive board and committee meetings, including paper collation, agenda preparation, room/virtual logistics, minuting, and tracking action points.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic travel, accommodations, itineraries, and associated travel logistics for business activities and roadshows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, board members, external partners, and regional leadership.
  • Project & Event Management: Lead or support ad-hoc business projects, executive retreats, strategy days, and leadership events.
  • Financial Admin: Process executive expense claims, manage department purchase orders, and monitor budget records.


About You:

  • Highly flexible with your approach to start/finish times, with the understanding that it all balances out over the week!
  • Proven track record as a PA/EA supporting Senior Executives or Directors in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ideally experience in the housing sector, if not then similar, such as local government, social care, education, policing, or other regulated environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail, especially minute-taking in meetings.
  • Highly proficient across the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and digital meeting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential, commercially sensitive information with integrity.
  • Calm under pressure, used to variety and change, highly adaptable, can anticipate others' needs, and capable of prioritising competing deadlines independently.
