Factory Operative - Braintree

Pay Rate: £13.00ph
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07.00-16.00, Fri 06.00-12.00
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Braintree

We are excited to be working with one of Braintree's leading manufacturers, supplying high-quality products to some of the UK's biggest business brands.

We're looking for a hands-on Factory Operative to join their busy warehouse and production team. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys practical work and using hand and power tools

Duties of the Factory Operative:

• Using a variety of hand and power tools

• Preparing raw materials for production

• Measuring, cutting and strong attention to detail

• Wrapping and preparing finished goods for dispatch

• Moving products through the production process

• General warehouse duties, including heavy lifting

What we're looking for:

• Previous factory, warehouse, or manufacturing and production experience (preferred but not essential)

• Comfortable with heavy manual handling tasks

• Confident using hand and power tools

• Practical, reliable, and keen to learn new skills

• Able to under taking heavy manual handling tasks
