Social Housing Contract Work
£1,250 - £1,800 per week

We're currently looking for experienced Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineers to join a growing social housing contract across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The Role

• Carrying out gas servicing, fault finding and repairs within occupied social housing properties
• Diagnosing and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems
• Completing all compliance paperwork electronically
• Providing a high standard of customer service to tenants
• Consistent, long-term work available

Requirements

• CCN1 / CKR1 (essential)
• HTR1 (essential)
• Previous experience in domestic service and repair
• Own van, tools and analyser
• Public Liability Insurance
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong fault-finding ability and good customer service skills
