General Foreman-

Our client is looking for an experienced General Foreman to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project.

General Foreman-Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day earthworks and civils activities.

• Manage site teams, plant operators and subcontractors.

• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.

• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to specification.

• Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks.

• Liaise with site management to ensure smooth delivery of works.

General Foreman-Requirements

• Previous General Foreman experience on earthworks/civils projects.

• Gold CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS.

• First Aid qualification.

• Strong earthworks and civils background.

• Good leadership and communication skills.
