The Role
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist with classroom learning and targeted interventions.
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals.
About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for supporting children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, positive and adaptable approach.
- An interest in education, psychology or SEN.
