Job Description
Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for manufacturing /warehouse operatives to work with one of our prestigious clients in Swindon. Monday to Friday 06:00-14 and 14:00-22:00 weekly rotating shifts.
This is temp to permanent opportunity.
Pay rate -13.50 raising after becoming permanent
Please note that drug and alcohol test will be required prior to start.

Responsibilities:
- Be part of production and/or warehouse team depending on business needs
- Running- machines making sure health and safety procedures are adhered
- Quality check to minimise defects
- Supporting warehouse and dispatch team if machines are not running
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment-
- Experience operating machinery and handling materials safely
- Familiarisation of- quality and safety procedures
- Awareness of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
- Physically fit and be able to stand for long periods of time
- Counterbalance FLT licence preferred
- Teamwork skills with ability to work independently when needed
- Detail focused with commitment to get things rights first time.
