Multi-Trade Operative

Location: Within the M25 and surrounding areas

Salary: £36,000 + Benefits

Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join the team, offering overtime opportunities with a company van and fuel card, and genuine long-term career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out general housing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties.
• Undertake a variety of multi-trade works, including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and associated repairs.
• Diagnose faults accurately and determine appropriate and cost-effective repair solutions.
• Complete repair and maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
• Provide a professional, respectful and courteous service to residents, tenants and customers.
• Accurately complete job sheets, photographs, reports and other required documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in multi-trade works
• CSCS Card - essential
• Social housing experience - desirable but not essential
• Experience working within occupied properties
