Multi-Trade Operatives & Engineers - Permanent, FTC or Temporary Opportunities

We are working with a well-established property and housing maintenance organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance services across East London. Due to increased demand, we are looking to appoint a number of skilled tradespeople and engineers to join the team.

Available Positions

• Carpentry Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies) - £39,655 per annum (-21.18 per hour equivalent)
• Plumbing Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies) - £39,655 per annum (-21.18 per hour equivalent)
• Bricklayers (2 vacancies) - £39,655 per annum (-21.18 per hour equivalent)
• Electricians (2 vacancies) - -42,000 per annum (-22.44 per hour equivalent)
• Gas Engineers (2 vacancies) - £44,000 per annum (-23.50 per hour equivalent)

Fixed-Term Contract and Temporary opportunities will also be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within residential properties.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of domestic repairs.
• Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.

About You

• Qualified and experienced within your relevant trade.
• Previous experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property services is highly desirable.
• Multi-trade experience would be advantageous.
• Apprentices with relevant social housing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
