Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a strong plumbing background to join an established property maintenance contractor covering the Yorkshire area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of property maintenance and repair works across residential properties. The role will be plumbing biased, with additional duties involving carpentry, joinery and general multi-trade maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations.

• Completing general carpentry and joinery works.

• Undertaking a variety of multi-trade repairs and maintenance.

• Completing reactive and planned maintenance works.

• Carrying out general property repairs and remedial works.

• Diagnosing faults and providing practical solutions.

• Working across residential properties throughout Yorkshire.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing.

• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative, Maintenance Engineer or Property Maintenance Operative.

• Strong plumbing skills and experience.

• Competent in carpentry and joinery.

• Good general multi-trade maintenance experience.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
