Are you a Package Manager with experience working on heavy civils for major infrastructure projects?

Do you have previous experience working for a tier 1 contractor?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Package Manager / Agent to join a leading joint venture, delivering buildings as part of HS2.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Agent / Package Manager for a tier one contractor, delivering building structures, as well as fit out works.

Location: Northolt, West London
Rate: £575-£650/day DPE - Umbrella, Inside IR35
Contract: 2 years, expected to run until February 2028

This is a delivery-focused role, responsible for the preparation, management and delivery of headhouse packages, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and the wider project team.

Key Experience Required:

andmiddot;Minimum 4 years' experience at Agent level
andmiddot;Structural steel, civils, architectural fit-out, headhouse construction, urban realm
andmiddot;Strong subcontractor and site team management experience
andmiddot;Proven Tier 1 contractor experience
andmiddot;Experience delivering complex construction packages from pre-construction through to completion
andmiddot;Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology and best practice
andmiddot;Experience managing programme, budget, resources and subcontractor performance
andmiddot;Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial interfaces
andmiddot;Experience working with design, engineering, QA and commercial teams

Requirements:
andmiddot;6+ years' construction experience
andmiddot;HNC/HND/Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent
andmiddot;CSCS
andmiddot;SMSTS/SSSTS
andmiddot;Strong Health & Safety and Environmental awareness
andmiddot;Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, document control systems and AutoCAD

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and third parties, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within budget and in accordance with the contract and design requirements.
