THE ROLE
As an Experienced Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for refinishing accident-damaged vehicles to a consistently high standard, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications and professional bodyshop quality standards. You'll work closely with the wider accident repair team to achieve efficient vehicle throughput and exceptional finished results.

Key Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Prepare vehicles and panels for paint, including sanding, masking, priming and preparation
andmiddot;Mix and apply modern automotive paint systems to the required specifications
andmiddot;Carry out full and partial resprays, colour matching and blending
andmiddot;Complete polishing and finishing work to achieve a high-quality factory-style finish
andmiddot;Inspect completed repairs and rectify any imperfections where required
andmiddot;Work closely with Panel Technicians, MET Technicians and Workshop Controllers
andmiddot;Maintain spray equipment, tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition
andmiddot;Follow manufacturer repair methods, quality standards and Health & Safety procedures

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced and quality-focused Paint Sprayer who takes pride in producing exceptional finishes and consistently delivering first-class workmanship.

andmiddot;Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Automotive Paint Technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques
andmiddot;Experience with colour matching, blending and full/partial vehicle resprays
andmiddot;Strong preparation skills and excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
andmiddot;Comfortable working to deadlines, production targets and agreed repair times
andmiddot;Strong team player with a professional and positive attitude
andmiddot;IMI and/or ATA qualifications advantageous but not essential
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence preferred
