This is a hands-on role within the manufacturing operation, where you'll play an important part in assembling specialist accessories.The role is varied, and you'll receive training across a range of processes and equipment. You'll also have the opportunity to support other areas of the business. Responsibilities:- Assembling accessories, from picking components through to final packing and preparation for dispatch- Pick and prepare components accurately, keeping stock records up to date- Follow work orders and assembly instructions correctly- Work as part of the team to meet production targets- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time- Support Team Leaders with training, cross-training and workplace improvement activities- Help identify and solve problems and suggest ways to improve quality and productionRequirements:- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment- A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical skills- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused- Good verbal and written communication skills- A positive team player who works well with others- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues- A willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of the manufacturing teamPlease contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
