Project Support Administrator

Job Description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Support Administrator to join Bradford Council's Children and Family Service on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project support to the delivery of projects and best value reviews within the Children and Families service.
  • Work closely with Contract and Quality Officers to support the smooth delivery of review activity.
  • Collect, collate and maintain accurate project and service information.
  • Monitor project activity, progress and agreed actions.
  • Support the recording and reporting of the impact and outcomes of best value reviews.
  • Prepare reports, briefings and management information as required.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, action logs and supporting evidence.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify gaps, issues or concerns within project information and escalate where appropriate.
  • Support meetings, including preparing information, recording actions and following up outstanding tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing project or business support.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and project documentation.
