Job Description
Glasgow City Centre | £33,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property business based in Glasgow City Centre.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong residential property management experience who is confident managing the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in through to move-out.
The Role
- Managing properties throughout the full move-in and move-out process
- Preparing and managing leases and tenancy documentation
- Handling tenant and landlord queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Managing property compliance and ensuring relevant requirements are met
- Coordinating inspections, maintenance and contractors where required
- Processing and handling tenant references
- Managing complaints and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
- Supporting the wider team with occasional property sales activity, although this will not be a major part of the role
- Occasional property visits will be required, so access to your own car is essential; however, regular travel/visits will not be expected
About You
- Previous experience in a residential Property Management/Lettings role
- Strong understanding of the full tenancy lifecycle
- Experience dealing with leases, compliance and tenancy administration
- Confident handling tenant and landlord relationships
- Comfortable dealing with complaints and resolving issues
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple properties effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Salary: £33,000 per annum
