Quantity Surveyor - Northampton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction business delivering innovative projects across the UK.

We're looking for a strong all-round Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. Modular construction experience would be beneficial, but by no means essential-we're far more interested in attitude, commercial ability and a willingness to learn.

The Role

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to final account.

• Procurement and management of subcontract packages.

• Cost planning, valuations and financial reporting.

• Managing variations and commercial risk.

• Working closely with project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

• Supporting continuous improvement across the commercial function.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.

• Strong commercial knowledge across the project lifecycle.

• Able to manage projects from start to finish.

• Organised, proactive and solutions focused.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Modular construction experience is advantageous but not essential.
