Location: Cardiff
Salary: Circa £25k per annum + Commission

About the role

Our client is seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join a busy and well-established electrical retailer in Cardiff.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, stock handling and showroom support. Due to the nature of the business, the role involves physical duties, including receiving deliveries, moving stock and replenishing displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in-store, by phone and online
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Receive, check and organise deliveries
• Replenish stock and maintain showroom displays
• Handle customer enquiries professionally
• Support promotional activities and store presentation

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good computer literacy
• Reliable, hardworking and customer-focused
• Comfortable with manual handling and stock movement
• Able to work Saturdays

• Customer Service: 1 year (required)
