THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is with the dealership.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work
andmiddot;Keeping customers updated throughout the workshop process
andmiddot;Liaising closely with the Workshop and Parts Department
andmiddot;Explaining additional work requirements and associated costs
andmiddot;Scheduling and recording workshop activity
andmiddot;Preparing job cards, orders and invoices
andmiddot;Supporting aftersales administration and file auditing
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
andmiddot;Delivering an excellent customer experience from booking through to collection

ABOUT YOU
You will be a confident and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or automotive customer service experience would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other customer-focused or premium environments will also be considered.

You will ideally have:
