Groundworks and Civils

Freelance 10 - 12 Weeks

£270 - £280 per shift

TSR are recruiting for a freelance site manager with general groundworks experience for a freelance role in Bradford. Working on behalf of a civils and groundworks contractor, this opportunity is due to last 10 - 12 weeks and will involve general groundworks on a new build industrial unit.

The Role

• Number 1 Site Manager
• Manage and enforce health and safety
• Keeping detailed records for health and safety
• Subcontractor management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• NVQ Level 6 Construction Management
• Strong admin/paperwork skills
• Groundworks experience including paving, piling and drainage
• Good organisational and planning
• Client facing
