THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and producing detailed estimates to support an efficient and high-quality repair process.

Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Inspecting damaged vehicles and accurately assessing the extent of repair required.
andmiddot;Producing accurate and detailed repair estimates.
andmiddot;Identifying required parts, labour and repair procedures.
andmiddot;Using estimating systems to calculate repair costs and timescales.
andmiddot;Liaising with technicians to ensure repair requirements are clearly understood.
andmiddot;Monitoring repairs and updating estimates where additional damage is identified.
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate records and ensuring estimates meet required standards.
andmiddot;Working as part of the wider Bodyshop team to support an efficient repair process.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Bodyshop Estimator with strong estimating knowledge and excellent attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:
andmiddot;ATA / IMI accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessment.
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, VDA, Bodyshop Estimator or Vehicle Estimator.
andmiddot;Proficiency with estimating systems such as Audatex / GT Global.
andmiddot;Strong IT and system skills.
andmiddot;Good knowledge of vehicle repair methods, parts and labour requirements.
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
andmiddot;Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technicians and colleagues.
andmiddot;A professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
andmiddot;A full UK driving licence.
