Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Halesowen
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: National Minimum Wage
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment.

Duties Include:
  • Picking and packing customer orders.
  • Loading and unloading containers.
  • Receiving, checking, and storing stock.
  • Moving products throughout the warehouse.
  • Keeping work areas clean and organised.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
